Hdfc Bank (HDB) has released an update.
HDFC Bank has announced a substantial dividend of Rs. 19.50 per equity share from its profits of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Shareholders registered by May 10, 2024, will be eligible for the dividend, which will be distributed following the AGM. This move by the Board of Directors is aimed at rewarding the bank’s shareholders and was officially declared after the board meeting on April 20, 2024.
