H World Group Limited has announced May 9, 2024, as the record date for shareholders to be eligible to attend and vote at its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). Holders of the company’s ordinary shares must transfer shares and submit relevant certificates by the said date to participate, while holders of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) can instruct Citibank, N.A. on voting but cannot attend the AGM in person.
