Grupo Aeroportuario Del Pacifico (PAC) has released an update.
Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, a leading airport operator in Mexico, has successfully issued 30 million bond certificates in Mexico, raising Ps. 3.0 billion, with an over-subscription rate of 2.4 times the original amount. These funds are earmarked for the repayment of the company’s existing bond certificates maturing in March 2024. The new bonds, which have garnered top credit ratings and are linked to sustainability performance targets, will pay interest at variable and fixed rates with maturities in 2027 and 2031 respectively.
