Gresham Technologies PLC is set to be acquired by Alliance Bidco Ltd, a company under STG Partners LLC, through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. Shareholders of Gresham Technologies are advised to use an amended proxy form, available on the company’s website, to vote on the proposed acquisition at the upcoming General Meeting. Any proxies previously submitted using the original form must be resubmitted with the revised document before the specified deadline.
