GreenPower Motor (TSE:GPV) has released an update.
GreenPower Motor Company Inc. has entered into a Warrant Agency Agreement with Computershare Inc. and its affiliate, Computershare Trust Company, N.A., dated May 9, 2024. The agreement pertains to the registered offering of 1.5 million common shares and 1.575 million warrants, enabling the purchase of additional shares at $1.82 each. This initiative is part of GreenPower’s strategy to expand its financial horizons by issuing warrants in book-entry form with provisions for global and definitive certificates.
