GreenPower Motor Company has announced the successful completion of its AGM, where shareholders elected management’s director nominees, re-approved the Equity Incentive Plan, and appointed new auditors. Post-AGM, key executives were appointed and stock options were granted to directors, officers, employees, and consultants. Furthermore, GreenPower has contracted Redchip Companies for investor relations services to enhance shareholder and media engagement.
