Tempo Australia Ltd (AU:H2G) has released an update.
GreenHy2 Limited announced a capital raise of approximately $630,000 through a non-renounceable entitlement offer at $0.006 per share, excluding U.S. persons and shareholders outside of Australia and New Zealand. Eligible shareholders can participate in the 1-for-4 offer, with unclaimed shares underwritten by Director Dr. Paul Dalgleish’s entity. The proceeds are intended for general working capital and offer costs, while ineligible shareholders will not receive an offer booklet nor be able to subscribe.
