Greencoat Renewables PLC has appointed Niamh Marshall as a Non-Executive Director and the new Chair of the Audit Committee, succeeding Kevin McNamara who will continue as a Non-Executive Director until the end of 2024. Marshall brings extensive experience to the role, having served as a senior audit partner at KPMG Ireland and holding various non-executive directorships. The company expressed confidence that her diverse expertise will greatly contribute to the board’s capabilities.
