Granite Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a monthly distribution of CDN $0.275 per stapled unit for March 2024, payable on April 15 to unitholders on record by March 28. The company, which specializes in industrial and logistics property management across North America and Europe, emphasizes that this distribution is not effectively connected income for U.S. tax purposes. Granite REIT owns a substantial portfolio with 143 investment properties, amounting to approximately 62.9 million square feet of leasable space.
