Granite Real Estate (TSE:GRT.UN) has released an update.
Granite Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a monthly distribution of CDN $0.275 per stapled unit for April 2024, to be paid on May 15 to unitholders on record by April 30. The company, which specializes in managing a portfolio of industrial, warehouse, and logistics properties across North America and Europe, stated that this distribution is not connected to U.S. effectively connected income. Granite REIT’s portfolio includes 143 properties, encompassing approximately 62.9 million square feet of leasable space.
