Gran Tierra Energy Inc (GTE) has released an update.
Gran Tierra Energy Inc. has reported a strong start to 2024 with an average year-to-date production increase of 6%, reaching approximately 33,100 barrels of oil per day (BOPD), and a current production of roughly 35,200 BOPD, the highest since May 2019. This performance follows successful drilling in the Costayaco and Acordionero fields and positions the company well to meet its projected production guidance for the year. The positive results are expected to bolster Gran Tierra’s upcoming high-impact exploration in Ecuador, set to begin in April 2024.
