Graft Polymer (UK) PLC has announced an increase in their loan facility by an additional £100,000, bringing the total to £200,000, to boost the company’s working capital as it seeks further funding. The company’s Non-Executive Chairman, Nicholas Nelson, contributed half of the new loan amount, in a move that has been approved by the company’s board of directors, despite being a related party transaction.
