Goldway Capital Investment United has announced the acquisition of a 90.14% stake in MC Mining Ltd through on-market purchases, inching closer to the 91.08% threshold required for compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares. MC Mining Ltd shareholders are urged to accept Goldway’s offer by the specified deadline to facilitate the process. The finalization of the deal is subject to the acceptance of dematerialized shares, details of which will be reported in the next regulatory filing.
