Globex Mining Ent (TSE:GMX) has released an update.
Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. has negotiated a deal with Victory Battery Metals Corp., allowing Victory to earn a full interest in four claim groupings in Quebec’s Sept Iles region, including the promising Kachiwiss Uranium deposit. Globex is set to receive $400,000, 1.5 million Victory shares, and maintain a 3% Gross Metal Royalty, offering a buyout option for 1% of that royalty. The claims, showing potential for high uranium recovery rates, span 156 mining claims with a significant area of interest retained by Globex.
