Global Partner Acquisition II (GPAC) has released an update.
On February 13, 2024, Global Partner Acquisition Corp II and its Sponsor amended the terms of their promissory notes, pushing the maturity date to July 14, 2024, or earlier if certain conditions are met, such as a business combination or company liquidation. Additionally, the principal of one note was increased from $3 million to $4 million, signifying an important financial adjustment for stakeholders and investors tracking the company’s fiscal strategies.
