Gildan Activewear Inc. has filed its proxy circular ahead of the 2024 Annual Meeting scheduled for May 28, and urges shareholders to vote ‘FOR’ its slate of experienced director nominees, including two new nominees recommended by Browning West. The company has also launched a dedicated Annual Meeting website to facilitate shareholder participation and voting. The board’s recommended nominees aim to further the company’s growth plans and bring valuable expertise to the table.
