Giant Mining Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $1.2 million through the sale of units that include shares and warrants, with potential acceleration of warrant expiry based on share performance. The funds raised will be directed towards exploration of the company’s Nevada project and general corporate needs. CEO David Greenway highlights the timing as copper prices soar and the company gears up to expand work on its promising Majuba Hill project.
