GFL Environmental Inc. has announced a secondary offering of 17 million subordinate voting shares by its selling shareholders, with no proceeds going to the company itself. The shares will be available in Canada via a prospectus supplement and in the U.S. through a registration statement filed with the SEC. RBC Capital Markets and RBC Dominion Securities will underwrite the offering in their respective countries.
