Geopacific Resources Limited (GPR) has requested a trading halt on the ASX, effective immediately, in anticipation of an upcoming announcement regarding a proposed capital raising effort. The halt is expected to be lifted by the market open on Friday, 26 April 2024, following the release of details about the results of the Institutional Entitlement Offer. The company has stated there are no other reasons they are aware of that would affect the trading halt.
