Genex Power Director Sells All Shares

Genex Power Ltd. (AU:GNX) has released an update.

Ben Guo, a director at Genex Power Limited, has divested his entire holding of 2,420,681 fully paid ordinary shares as a result of J-POWER Nominee’s acquisition of all outstanding ordinary shares not already owned by them. The transaction was executed under a members’ scheme of arrangement and has left Guo with no remaining securities in the company.
