Stephen Geoffrey Burns, a director at GDI Property Group, has increased his stake in the company by acquiring an additional 50,000 stapled securities on-market for a total consideration of $30,284, bringing his total holdings to 199,533 securities. This transaction has not altered Burns’ 2,673,356 performance rights. The information was disclosed in compliance with the ASX listing rule 3.19A.2 and section 205G of the Corporations Act.
