Andrew R. Etkind is set to resign as General Counsel of Garmin Ltd. on July 1, 2024, but will maintain his position as Vice President and Secretary. Joshua H. Maxfield will be stepping into the role of Vice President, General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary, marking a significant transition within Garmin’s executive team.
