Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications plc has announced the buyback of 6,926 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,306 to 1,312 pence per share, with the intention of holding these shares in treasury. Following this transaction, the company’s treasury now holds 373,451 shares, with the total number of ordinary shares in issue sitting at 97,126,938, excluding those held in treasury. The buyback is part of a programme announced previously by the company to repurchase shares through Investec Bank plc.
