Gamma Communications PLC has actively engaged in the stock market, purchasing 20,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,302 to 1,322 pence each, averaging 1,314.79 pence per share. The acquired shares will be held in treasury, with the company’s total number of shares in issue (excluding those in treasury) now standing at 97,129,486. These transactions are part of a buyback programme announced on March 25, 2024, and conducted through Investec Bank plc.
