Gamma Communications PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 20,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,314 to 1,330 pence per share, with the average price standing at 1,320.4329 pence. Following this transaction, the company now holds 346,525 shares in treasury out of the 97,149,486 total shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury. This move is part of a buyback programme previously announced on 25th March 2024.
