Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications plc has reported the purchase of 19,020 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,296 to 1,332 pence per share, with the intention to hold these shares in treasury. After this transaction, the company’s treasury holds 287,428 shares, with a total of 97,207,793 ordinary shares in issue excluding those held in treasury. This move comes as part of the company’s buyback programme that was announced on the 25th of March 2024.
