Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications has recently bought back 11,100 of its own shares at prices ranging from 1,318 to 1,338 pence per share, with the intention to hold these in treasury. After this transaction, the company’s treasury holds 235,943 shares, while the total issued shares excluding treasury amount to 97,258,361. The buyback is part of a program announced on March 25, 2024, aimed at repurchasing shares through Investec Bank plc.
