Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 19,817 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,306 to 1,320 pence per share. Post-transaction, Gamma Communications now holds 350,163 shares in treasury, with their total ordinary shares in issue amounting to 97,150,226, excluding those held in treasury. The buyback is part of a previously announced programme aimed at managing the company’s share capital effectively.
