FutureFuel Corp. announced the departure of Alain J. Louvel from its Board of Directors and the appointment of G. Bruce Greer as his replacement, effective March 12, 2024. Greer brings extensive experience from his advisory firm and previous strategic roles at Olin Corporation and Solutia. His selection was independent of any previous arrangements or transactions with the company. Greer will receive a pro-rated director compensation for 2024 and an option to purchase 10,000 shares of the company’s stock.
