Fury Gold Mines Limited is set to sell up to 5.45 million shares of Dolly Varden Silver Corp. to institutional investors, aiming to raise C$4 million for exploration in Quebec and general capital. The sale, brokered by Haywood Securities Inc., is expected to close by March 14, 2024, and will leave Fury with a 19.99% stake in Dolly Varden. This strategic move is part of Fury’s ongoing capital management to fund its upcoming exploration activities.
