Funding Circle Holdings (GB:FCH) has released an update.
Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently purchased 120,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, with the transaction occurring on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 59.60p to 61.00p per share. This buy-back is part of a previously announced program from March 7, 2024, and following the cancellation, the company’s issued share capital will be reduced to 355,944,598 ordinary shares. The buy-back aims to notify shareholders and others of their notification obligations under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
