CEO Lisa Jacobs and CFO Oliver White received over 1 million and 736 thousand shares respectively, which are subject to performance conditions and a five-year holding period from the grant date. The awards are a strategic move to align the interests of the management with those of the shareholders and drive the company’s performance.
