Funding Circle Holdings (GB:FCH) has released an update.
Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently bought back 39,891 of its ordinary shares for cancellation, all purchased at a uniform price of 49p each. This move is part of a share buy-back program announced earlier in March and will result in a total of 356,064,598 ordinary shares with voting rights remaining post-cancellation. The transaction was executed on the London Stock Exchange with Numis Securities Limited.
