Funding Circle Holdings (GB:FCH) has released an update.
Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently completed a buy-back of 200,000 of its own ordinary shares, with the aim of cancelling them to reduce the issued share capital. The shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 68.80p to 71.20p, leading to a volume-weighted average price of 69.7661p. Following this transaction, the company’s total issued share capital will be reduced to 355,225,715 shares with voting rights.
