Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently repurchased 120,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, affecting the company’s issued share capital which will stand at 355,944,598 shares post-cancellation. The buy-back was conducted on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited, with share prices ranging from 59.60p to 61.00p. This action is part of a share buy-back program announced earlier on 7 March 2024.
