Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 20,000 ‘A’ ordinary shares at a consistent price of 606 GBp each, as announced earlier in March. These shares will be held in treasury, affecting the total number of voting rights and requiring shareholders to assess their notification obligations under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The buyback transaction was executed through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange.
