Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 20,000 of its own ‘A’ ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 610.5 GBp per share. The shares were acquired through Numis Securities Limited and will be held in treasury, reducing the total number of listed voting rights to 36,855,157. This strategic move is part of the company’s share buyback programme announced previously on 22 March 2024.
