Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.
Fuller Smith & Turner PLC has reported the buyback of 20,000 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at a price of 600 GBp each as part of its ongoing share buyback program. These shares will be held in treasury, reducing the number of voting rights in the company to 36,835,157. The move is part of the company’s strategy to manage its capital and share value.
