Frequentis AG announced a significant change in its voting rights structure following a spin-off for absorption. The spin-off resulted in the redistribution of 3,960,000 voting rights, previously held by Frequentis Group Holding GmbH, to CDS Capital GmbH, both controlled by Johannes Bardach. This move maintains the overall voting rights and share capital held by Bardach in Frequentis AG, with no change in the total number of direct and indirect voting rights.
