Fremont Gold Ltd. has expanded its non-brokered private placement from C$1.0 million to C$1.75 million, a move reflecting strong investor interest and demand. The increased funds will bolster the exploration of the company’s copper and gold projects in the underexplored region of Armenia, with ongoing programs at the Urasar and Vardenis Projects. Investors will have the chance to purchase up to 17.5 million units, with each unit including one share and a half warrant, further driving Fremont’s strategic ventures in the Tethyan Metallogenic Belt.
