Freegold Ventures (TSE:FVL) has released an update.
Freegold Ventures Limited is gearing up for a private placement financing initiative to raise between $5 million and $7.5 million, offering up to 18.75 million units at $0.40 each, which include common shares and warrants. The funds raised are earmarked for general corporate and working capital purposes, with the offering available in Canadian provinces (excluding Quebec) without the usual hold period restrictions. The offering is set to close by March 26, 2024, subject to regulatory and customary closing conditions, including the Toronto Stock Exchange’s approval.
