Flywire Corporation is set to welcome Cosmin Pitigoi as their new Chief Financial Officer starting March 4, 2024. Pitigoi, who brings extensive experience from senior roles at PayPal and eBay, will receive an annual salary of $410,000, with eligibility for a $300,000 bonus, and potential relocation reimbursement. His compensation includes a $9.25 million restricted stock unit award, with a strategic vesting schedule over four years. Additionally, if his employment ends under certain conditions, he could receive benefits including salary continuation and accelerated vesting of stocks.
