Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a monthly cash distribution of US$0.0492 per unit for April 2024, which annualizes to US$0.59 per unit. The payment is scheduled for mid-April to shareholders on record by the end of the month, though U.S. withholding tax may apply to Canadian and other non-U.S. unitholders. Flagship Communities REIT specializes in providing affordable housing in manufactured housing communities across several U.S. states.
