Fiserv, Inc. has welcomed Lance Fritz as a new independent member of its board of directors, where he will contribute his extensive experience, including his recent tenure as chairman, president, and CEO of Union Pacific Corporation. With a background that includes notable companies like General Electric, Fritz is also part of the boards at Parker-Hannifin Corporation and The Business Council. His appointment is clear of any conflict of interest and he will be compensated in line with Fiserv’s standard arrangements for non-employee directors.
