Fintel PLC (GB:FNTL) has released an update.
Kenneth ‘Ken’ Davy, Non-Executive Director of Fintel PLC, a prominent UK fintech and financial services provider, has sold over 3 million of his shares in the company at 300 pence each. Following the sale, Davy’s remaining stake in Fintel is approximately 23.8%, including shares held in trust and indirectly through Huddersfield Giants Limited. This transaction was conducted on the London Stock Exchange, AIM.
