FintechWerx International Software Services Inc. has announced a strategic acquisition of NumberCo through a three-cornered amalgamation, expanding their technology offerings in consumer enrollment and identity verification. The deal will result in NumberCo becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of FintechWerx, with the former’s sole shareholder receiving over 7 million new shares in FintechWerx. The completion of the transaction will also see a reappointment of directors and officers in the newly formed subsidiary, enhancing the company’s leadership.
