Sandra L. Byers has been appointed as the new Principal Accounting Officer at Financial Institutions, Inc., stepping into the role following the retirement of the former Controller. Bringing a wealth of experience, Ms. Byers has a solid background in finance with previous positions in banking and consulting, and a history with Hardinge, Inc. as a Finance and Treasury Manager. Her qualifications include a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and a track record untarnished by conflicts of interest or undisclosed transactions. This change comes with no additional compensation related to her new appointment.
