Ferrari NV (IT:RACE) has released an update.
Ferrari N.V. has actively pursued its share buyback program, acquiring a total of 497,223 common shares on the Euronext Milan and 140,501 on the NYSE since the fourth tranche’s announcement, investing over 221 million euros. The company now holds 5.38% of its total issued share capital in treasury, as part of a larger multi-year 2 billion euro buyback plan set to conclude by 2026.
