Ferrari NV (IT:RACE) has released an update.
Ferrari N.V. continues its robust share buyback program, having invested approximately €178.9 million for 516,590 shares on the Euronext Milan and an additional $54.4 million (€50.0 million) for 140,501 shares on the NYSE since November 2023. As of April 19, 2024, Ferrari holds about 5.39% of its total issued share capital in treasury. The buyback initiative is part of a multi-year strategy aiming for a total consideration of around €2 billion by 2026.
