Ferguson plc has announced a merger agreement with Ferguson Enterprises Inc., and a subsidiary, which will result in Ferguson becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of a new holding company. The company has filed necessary documentation with the SEC and will hold a Special Meeting for shareholder approval on May 30, 2024. Shareholders are encouraged to review the merger details, with the anticipated merger completion set for August 1, 2024, pending satisfaction of all conditions.
